Our massive renovation restored the existing historical home and added an additional building. Square footage was doubled—from 2,365 sq ft to nearly 7,000. Now, the more modern building offers elegant, city living and has helped to elevate the Fisher Park neighborhood.

We tore it down and rebuilt from the ground-up—a complete rehab that saved the original structure.
